The finish coat of paint is only as good as what is underneath it. For long term durability a good foundation must be created. This means thorough hand scraping and removal of old peeling decaying paint is an essential part of this process.

Removal of loose, peeling, and decaying paint. Also, plastic off clad windows to protect from paint.
Power Sanding
Plastic off windows, paper & tape roofline and brick ledges, removal of downspouts and taping off gutter straps.
Plastic off patio and furniture.
Removal of wood rot and, paper and taping off roof line to protect from paint.
Wood Replacement
Minor carpentry repair and paper and taping of front sidewalk.
Primer and caulking. All the white marks are caulking. We do and extensive amount of caulking to prevent water from getting in behind the boards.
Priming and Caulking. We also caulk any countersunk nail heads 1/16” or greater in depth.
